Camilla Railton 0 148 Article rating: No rating

Natural gas packs quite a punch. It instantly provides all the heat, hot water and flame for cooking you could ever want, on tap, ready when you are and is economical. Around a quarter of Kiwi homes use gas in their homes.

Come speak to The Gas Hub and find out more about the transition to a lower carbon future and the innovative new zero carbon gases like hydrogen and biogas that will see gas continuing to play an important role in NZ's energy mix.

Ventilation for a healthy home

Camilla Railton 0 64 Article rating: No rating

Dusting, vacuuming and cleaning all contribute to making your home feel healthy, but something that is often overlooked is at the very heart of a healthy home, ventilation.

Home ventilation systems manufactured by DVS use advanced technology to gently introduce cleaner, drier, filtered air from the roof space or from outside your home. Home ventilation systems significantly reduce problems like crying windows, mould and mildew, which are key triggers for asthma and allergies.

DVS Home Ventilation Systems are made by Kiwis for Kiwis and are designed to address New Zealand’s unique climate.

In winter, good air circulation and home heating are essential for maintaining air quality. A home ventilation system from DVS removes the excess damp, moisture-filled air and improves the overall air quality inside the house, making it much healthier for you and your family. And, once it’s installed, a DVS ventilation system costs from just eight cents a day to run, making it a good investment for not only the well-being of your family, but also the value of your home.

Thank you to all our visitors and exhibitors who took part in a highly successful event this last weekend.

We were delighted to have the Mayor of Carterton, Greg Lang, open the show.  He spoke about the huge amount of development taking place in the Wairarapa and the importance of events such as the Home & Interiors Show for the community to connect and meet with suppliers.

The stands looked outstanding and there was something for everyone at the show, with many visitors buying a range of quality items for the home and setting up appointments with suppliers for quotations and meetings.

Our dates for next year are currently being finalised for early October.
